AV°ÍÊ¿

Kelly has over 10 years of experience at AV°ÍÊ¿, where she has contributed across multiple roles and initiatives. She is currently involved in several EdGE at AV°ÍÊ¿ projects, including NeuroVivid and Code in Motion by SPARKS. Her work includes supporting educators and research participants, as well as co-designing recruitment, communication materials, and facilitator training.

Kelly manages Neurodiversity in STEM at AV°ÍÊ¿, where she has helped envision and develop the project website and continues to moderate and contribute content. She has also supported the national REVISE Center in a variety of roles.

Previously, Kelly served as manager of the Center for STEM Teaching and Learning (CSTL), an internal AV°ÍÊ¿ work unit, where she coordinated operations and communications across a number of researchers. She chaired the former committee responsible for allocating AV°Íʿ’s internal pilot project funding.

Before joining AV°ÍÊ¿, Kelly was a science educator with experience in middle school and informal learning environments, including working with neurodivergent students.

Outside of AV°ÍÊ¿, Kelly is a mother of two and a long-distance volunteer and advocate with Chromosome Disorder Outreach. Drawing on her lived experience, she contributes to ongoing conversations about neurodiversity, including writing for  and exploring topics such as autism and executive function.
